Products: System Cylinders System cylinders integrate electronics with hydraulics to provide precision cylinder sensing and feedback. RLA offers several options: Proximity Switch Proximity switches sense end of stroke position only. A cushion sleeve at the head end and a cushion spear at the cap end is required for the proximity switch probe to sense. Cushioning, though, is not required. Non-contact Transducer This option utilizes magneto-striction technology. The transducer is designed for rugged industrial environments wherever linear motion must be controlled. Two standard types of feedback outputs are available: analog and digital. Selection of feedback output should be matched to the control systems to ensure optimum performance of the positioning system. Integral Imbedded Transducer This option utilizes encapsulated electronics, imbedded within the steel end cap. It provides for maximum protection from shock, vibration damage and external elements.
